C-type prints for Holmes Viewer, 20cm(w) x 10cm(h), 2005
This work was produced whilst I was the image curator of the archive for the Stereoscopic Society GB.
This particular set of images was taken by a member of the society during a holiday in Cornwall.
Still stereo photographs have a peculiar spacial quality, as the eye wanders in and around the depth of the scene, whilst the time in the otherwise real and 'alive' image stays still.
Line work was created that in itself had 3D depth and 'inserted' into the stereo space of each image.
(A viewer is required to see the effect)
